Brilliant Minds Collective

Charles Kincaid is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a Master’s degree in Criminal Justice Administration.  He subsequently earned a PhD in Rehabilitation Counseling from Syracuse University.  He was employed by the non-profit, Wisconsin Correctional Service, as Research Director.  He served as an Adjunct Professor for Syracuse University and William Patterson University.  He was the Director of an Assistive Technology Center for United Cerebral Palsy of New York City.  Before retiring in 2018, he owned and operated Kincaid Vocational and Rehabilitation Services, Inc.  He obtained certifications in vocational rehabilitation counseling, assistive technology, and life care planning.  He is currently a certified master gardener.
